9. These projects will vary from 250K to 2m, so the lead times can be lengthy. 

THE CANDIDATE 

The ideal sales and applications engineer will have one of the following backgrounds; 

1. Either an engineering graduate with 1-2 years work experience in an engineering environment. 
2. Or a solution led sales engineer who has had experience in selling solutions that have some form of metal fabrication within them.. 
3. As long as you have one of the above and the confidence to communicate with customers and an ability and desire to learn then you will be trained on the rest.
