Claims Advisors - York, North Yorkshire
We have an exciting opportunity for Claims Advisors to work within a busy contact centre in York.
The role will include:-
? To process incoming claims via the various channels in accordance with company procedures
? To deal with incoming telephone calls and referred queries as necessary
? Deliver excellent customer service at all times
? Liaise with clients/partners / other departments and third parties as required
? Make outbound telephone calls to 3rd parties as required in order to resolve a claim
? To undertake administrative duties as associated within the department
? Any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager
? Comply with the information security policy and procedures.
? Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given, previous administration skills would be advantageous!
