Discipline Lead – MEP (Water / Infrastructure)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Discipline Lead – MEP Engineering to support the delivery of major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on the water sector.

This role will play a key part in design coordination, interface management and engineering delivery, working across complex projects and collaborating with multiple technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP coordination activities across both bids and live projects
  • Manage interfaces between MEP, civil, structural and process engineering disciplines
  • Support and contribute to technical reviews and engineering coordination activities
  • Oversee and manage external designers and technical deliverables
  • Ensure buildability and construction-led design development is embedded into projects
  • Participate in design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings
  • Support engineering planning and tender development activities

About You

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Approximately 7–10 years’ industry experience
  • Chartered Engineer (or actively working towards chartership)
  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
  • Water sector experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
